RETURNS & WARRANTIES

If you bought a product from our store and for any reason would like to return it. Please send an email to seasonsboards@gmail.com with your full name, invoice number and reason for return or exchange. We will consider your case based on our return and warranty policy.

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

At Seasons Boards our vision is NOTHING mass produced/EVERYTHING handcrafted.

Because our wood is 100% natural our products may experience variations on color, wood grain, texture and the presence of knots. We make a good effort to photograph our boards and display them accurately. However, photography and screens have limitations, and together with the natural variations of wood, items in our online store are NOT guaranteed to be the same as pictured in this web page and those variations will not be considered a defect.  

If you have any question about a product, please contact us and ask before purchasing. Return shipping cost is borne by the client.

Once an order has shipped and left our facility cannot be canceled.  However, our return policy offers a period of 15 days upon receiving a product to notify the will to exchange it or return it. If we issue a refund of the product, the initial shipping cost will not be included on the refund.  Refunds will be processed after the returned product has arrived in our facilities. Returns shipping cost is borne by the client.

WARRANTY POLICY:

Seasons Boards sells products that are handcrafted with serious care, our boards are intended to be functional and durable. We boost our customers to use and enjoy our boards to their fullest potential because they are crafted to handle the wear of regular longboarding and snowboarding.

All Seasons Boards decks are guaranteed against manufacturing and material defects for 90 days of the original owner. If for any reason you feel that our product does not meet your expectations for material integrity and build quality, place contact the place of purchase or Seasons Boards to discuss your concerns.

Our limited warranty does not cover products damaged by normal wear and tear, cosmetic issues, alterations made by owner, misuse, accidents, fire, and continuous exposition to the sun or extreme weather circumstances.   

Our warranty is only applicable to the original purchaser and is void if your product was purchased from other person or an unauthorized dealer.

Once you submit a claim via e-mail we will check your submission. If your deck is illegible for warranty we will repair or replace and send it back to you.  If we issue a refund of the product, the initial shipping cost will not be included on the refund.  Refunds will be processed after the returned product has arrived in our facilities. Returns shipping cost is borne by the client.  

PRIVACY POLICY:

Seasons Boards collects information (such as your name, shipping and billing address, credit card number, email address, etc.) in order to process your orders, and send you newsletters (if you sing up for it). Seasons Boards will not share, rent, lease, or sell your personal information (e.g. your email address, your credit card information, your name, your address, etc.) to any third party for their independent use or benefit.
